Shipping Policy

Ordering Information:

Orders can be placed on the worldwide web using an SSL secure page.

Payment Information:

· Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please have all appropriate information including the cardholder’s billing address. We always use the bill to address when processing the order, should the bill to address and ship to address not match/be the same we will not allow this order to be processed, this is our policy. There are times when the customers bank or credit card company puts a hold on these funds, we can not control that, it is up to the customer/buyer to check with the bank or credit card company about this.
Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify billing address.
We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit card.
· Money Orders – Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of money order.
· Personal Checks – All checks are held till they clear and then order will be shipped out.
You will be contacted after your order is placed with the address to mail your check or money order to.

***NOTICE*** Due to occurrences of CUSTOMER FRAUD and MAIL THEFT, YOU the customer, agree not to hold MySupplementShop.Com liable for (LOST or MISSING) orders we have shipped that are shown as delivered to the address and/or zip code you provided us in your order. We will assist any customer by providing tracking information to law enforcement officials if you choose to file a report for lost or stolen mail. We apologize in advance for these types of scenarios, however we WILL NOT file insurance claims on delivery confirmed items. If insurance is purchased, insurance claims may be filed ONLY for undelivered or damaged packages. Again, insurance claims WILL NOT be accepted or filed for lost or missing packages that are shown as DELIVERED.

Shipping Policies:

· Flat rate of $9.49 for any with a shipping weight of less than 8 lbs. Any of this orders 8 lbs and over will be assessed on a graduated scale that varies by location. Any order that excedes 5lbs might ship parcel post depending on where it is shippingE to All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Regular priority orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. For Pickup of any Fitness items/weights there is s fee starting at $25.00, this fee varries depending on the order and is subject to change.
· Express Shipping is a 1-2 day service once your order is processed. We make every effort to ship express orders the same day they are received, whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee same day processing.. It is always better to order at the beginning of the week, because weekends will hold up your order. Also, on items where additional information(such as a driver's license) is needed- this will delay shipping. Please be sure we have a valid e-mail to contact you, and respond if we do, so that we may ship as soon as possible-- As always- thank you for your business.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: any orders that have items not in stock will be shipped partial(what ever in stock at the time) and if the item is scheduled back in stock will be shipped and billed at that time when it comes back at no shipping cost excluding weights, fitness items and any products under 3lbs all others will be charged the correct shipping rate. Otherwise out of stock items will be taken off the invoice.
· We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service.
· All FPO and APO orders are sent through U.S. Postal Service. Call for charges.
· We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
· UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
· We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

International Shipping Policies

· Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination.
· Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
· If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
· Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank.
· Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
· For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
· We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Return Information

· All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product and, all orginal packing must be saved in the event we need to file a claim.
· No unauthorized returns / No returns on opened merchandise. All items must be in resalable condition.
. Any orders sent back must be within 7 days up the purchase of the product. · Orders sent back without return authorization number will be refused.
Any customer returns are processed on Fridays if a refund is required.
· 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
· Shipping charges will not be refunded.
· Any damaged product must be received by us before any credits or product reshipment.

This item requires a custom shipping calculation. Your order will be canceled shortly after ordering, once the shipping rate is approved it will be uncancled. There is a handling charge applied to all weight orders determined at the time of the shipping label is printed. Our policy is to ship to a physical address which is required on most weight orders that ship from one of our warehouse droppshippers.
