Now the secret to cutting weight quick without loosing all that hard earned muscle mass that you slaved for in the gym for hours on end is carb cycling.What is carb cycling you ask? NO it is not eating your daily carbs while on the stationary bicycle at the gym(though you will be doing cardio).Carb cycling is a method of using high carb days to fill your muscles with glycogen and promote muscle mass building then followed by low carb days to deplete glycogen and promote fat burning.

A quick and efficient carb cycling protocol that could be use is three days low carb followed by one day high carb. On these low carb days you want to be taking in .25 grams carbs per pound of body weight so someone who weighs 200lbs would be taking in 50 grams carbs per day on the low carb days.On the high carb day you want to take in 1.5 grams carbs per pound of body weight so this same 200lb person would be consuming 300 grams carbs on "carb up" day. Now that mite seem like a lot of carbs but it is crutial you get these carbs in you to replenish glycogen stores,spike insulin,and maintain muscle mass.As a rule of thumb you should be getting at least 1.5 grams protein per pound of body weight on both low and high carb days and limit your fats to whatever your getting in the lean meats you are consuming and essential fatty acid supplements (CLA,Omega 3,6,9,Fish oils).

Keep your workout routine the same if you are working out at least four times a week if not start working out at least four times a week. Reduce rest period to 30-60 seconds between sets and 60-90 seconds between excersizes.At the end of every workout your going to do between 30 and 45 minutes of "low impact" cardio which is a technique used by pro body builders to burn fat and maintain muscle mass. What Do I Take With Them

Prohormones are not something to be played around with proper dosages and cycling protocols must be followed to complete a successful and safe prohormone cycle. With that in mind there are a few things that you should know.

Liver Care: Because most of these products are Methylated they can be harsh on your liver.
