i went from 18% body fat down to 10% in just 2 months...after that...fat % stay the same...but began to loose muscle weight instead...its only great to get you in shape...it wont get you ripped...got below 10% body fat down to 7% without the product once i stopped taking it and began to gain more muscle mass.

I take this product twice per day, 3 capasules at a time. I usually take one of my doses 10-15 minutes before my workout. I have lost 8 pounds, 8 1/2 inches and 5% body fat in about a month. The product has helped me not eat so much and lots of energy to complete not only my workout but other daily activites. I just love this product. I will continue to take it til I reach my goal weight.

Im 6'3" and weigh 193. Im going to basic in around 3 months to become a marine. i need something that burns fat and helps increase my muscle mass. is this the best thing to use?

A:
Hydroxycut or any other metabolism boosting agent will not help you to gain muscle mass. Muscle is gained by those gut busting workouts where endurance is required. This product can and will increase your energy level but so will products that you take pre-exercise to increase your central nervous system response and make you feel invincible in the gym. Protein, rest and hard lifting increase muscle. This product is designed to increase your fat burning ability and help peel off the layers that will make your muscles more visible (abdominals). See a trainer if you have specific questions regarding fitness and nutrition. Good luck at basic from a special ops air force guy myself.
