for me to take off about 20
pounds? I am an active female in my mid 30's with no
severe health problems and just want to trim up. Nancy
Lets start with your diet. Try to eat smaller meals more frequently,
breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In between those
meals have 3 or 4 small snacks (lo carb/high protein/lo calorie). Exercise
3 to 4 times a week with some form of
cardio ie treadmill, walking, starimaster etc. Always consume 8 to 10
glasses of water per day. Your cardio should be at least 20 minutes each
time, but don't start out with that at the beginning, build up to it.
Many of my customers have had great success with incorporating Ventilean into
their fitness plan. Two to four capsules per day will help you burn fat
faster, and give you energy to have a better workout. You can find the
