How to gain weight

Q Barry, I am trying to gain 20 pounds of solid mass how do I
do that?  Tony

A Hi Tony, 
First of all you need to take in more calories per day.  Try eating your 3 main meals along with 3 or 4 snacks in between, that way your eating about every 2 to 3 hours.  Stick to basic compound exercises when your working out like Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts,Barbell Curls, Bent Over Rowing.  Keep the reps between 6 to 8 reps with 3 or 4 sets.  As for the supplement part we have a product called Finigenx which most people are reporting back to us in 4 weeks time of gaining 10 to 20 pounds of lean hard mass and strength increase which goes through the roof.  You can find Finigenix on my site under prohormones or get big fast.  I would also incorporate a weight gainer which is high in calories and protein.  Our best one is called Super Heavy Gainer by Champion Nutrition and it tastes great too.  You can find Super Heavy Gainer under weight gainer on my site.
