Suggested Use : Take 3 to 6 capsules once daily 15 minutes before or two hours after last meal with a full glass of water.
For short term intensive use: Take 3 to 6 capsules three times daily preferably 15 minutes before meals with a full glass of water.
Dose variations: Depends on individual specific needs and
body mass. Smaller/thinner individuals generally 3 to 4 capsules to be effective, while larger/heavier individuals may require 5 or 6 capsules.
Effectiveness: May be improved by making certain dietary
